This proposal therefore is projected to reduce post surgery care cost and other costs associated with patient care. Moreover, the proposed procedure is less complicated and the practitioners can perform the procedure with little mechanization and little technical support for the patients. The institution will be able to improve its capacity for patients with lung failure and the overall efficiency in handling the problem.
